- After Configuring master Server, create some new users and try to update the nis maps.
- Understand the Difference between NIS and NIS+.
- Configure DNS server and then configure NIS on top of it without providing the enteries in the /etc/hosts file.
- Try to start the NIS server in the different available ways.
